Dejan Kovacevic reported today that Pirates president Frank Coonelly has been charged with four counts related to drunk driving in Ross Township on December 22nd. Coonelly’s blood-alcohol was .16, twice the legal limit for Pennsylvania. “My actions that evening were irresponsible and wrong,” Coonelly said in a statement.
