Report: Pirates agree to sign 12th rounder Dalton Friend

Pirates Prospects is reporting that the Pirates have agreed to sign 12th round draft pick Dalton Friend. Friend is a LHP from Jefferson College in Missouri and was ranked as the 328th best prospect in the draft by Baseball America.
