Alex Presley activated from DL; Matt Hague optioned to AAA

The Pirates have recalled Alex Presley from his rehab assignment and reinstated him off the seven day disabled list. Matt Hague optioned.

Alex Presley, who was placed on the 7-day disabled list on July 5th with concussion-like symptoms has been activated and will start in left field tonight, hitting lead off.

Matt Hague was optioned back to Indianapolis to make room on the roster for Presley.
