4/15 MiLB Recap: Alen Hanson still raking

Everyone in action today and Indy played two.

Indianapolis 9, Toledo 2Jo-Jo Reyes started and gave up 2 runs over 5 2/3 innings. Bryan Morris pitched 1 1/2 scoreless innings of relief. Indianapolis was 1 for 3 with a double. Jordy Mercer was 1 for 3 with a walk. Eric Fryer was 2 for 4. Jeremy Farrell went 1 for 1 with a double and 2 walks. Gorkys Hernandez was 1 for 3.

Toledo 4, Indianapolis 3Rudy Owens started and gave up 2 runs over 7 innings. He struck out 4 and didn’t walk a batter. Jeremy Farrell was 2 for 4. Gorkys Hernandez and Nick Evans were 1 for 5.

Richmond 3, Altoona 1Aaron Pribanic gave up 2 runs in 5 innings. Duke Welker pitched a scoreless inning of relief. Robbie Grossman was 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. Quincy Latimore was 1 for 4 with a double.

Bradenton 10, Palm Beach 1Hunter Strickland pitched 7 scoreless innings. He struck out 6 and walked 2. Drew Maggi was 2 for 5 with a double. Evan Chambers went 2 for 3 with a double. Carlos Paulino was 1 for 4 with a homer. Benji Gonzalez went 1 for 3.

West Virginia 9, Greenville 6 – Nick Kingham started and gave up 1 run over 4 innings. He struck out 3 and walked 1. Alen Hanson was 3 for 4 with a stolen base and a homer, his 4th of the season. Jodaneli Carvajal went 1 for 4 with a double. Josh Bell was 1 for 4. Gregory Polanco went 1 for 4 with a homer, his 4th of the year. Willy Garcia was 1 for 3 with a double. Kirk Singer went 1 for 2 with 2 walks. Chris Lashmet was 1 for 4 with a double.
